We loved the hotel's beachside location and beautiful pools with excellent seating arrangements. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they prepared special vegan dishes for us upon request. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel grounds were huge with a large garden area.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable. The suite had a lovely view of the ocean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food options were plentiful and there was always a great range of choices. The staff, especially Indi, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing us with suggestions and information. We had such a fantastic time that we are already planning to come back next year for a longer stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel offered a wide range of activities and entertainment options during the New Year period, keeping guests entertained throughout their stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other tourist attractions in the area. the hotel's all-inclusive package provided guests with unlimited food and drinks, ensuring that there was always something delicious to eat and drink throughout the day.

the check-in process was slow and disorganized, resulting in a long wait time and confusion. the quality of the food at the hotel was inconsistent, with some dishes being delicious while others were subpar.

The food here was really good, especially the variety of dishes. We also appreciated the complementary drinks by the pool. The location was great, right on the beach, and the views were stunning. we really enjoyed the nightly entertainment.

This hotel exceeded my luxury needs with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were always clean and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The entertainment programs were diverse and engaging, especially the night club atmosphere. The rooms provided exclusive advantages, such as private facilities and breathtaking views. The buffet breakfast was top-notch and the bar/lounge area delivered delicious cocktails.

The beachfront location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the ocean. It was great to be able to step out of the hotel and have direct access to the beach. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their faces. The buffet selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from at every meal. The food quality was excellent, and there was something for everyone's taste.

One issue I encountered was the slippery floors in the room when the balcony doors were open. This was due to the high humidity in the area and the wooden flooring.

We recently stayed at a hotel located near a cemetery where fruit bats roost & fly around even during the day. Despite this, we had a wonderful experience. Our room was very comfortable with a sea view & balcony, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff was welcoming, always smiling, and made such a positive impact on our stay. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were provided with a vast selection of options. The hotel had three well-maintained pools, a private beach, and wheelchair accessible facilities.

It would have been ideal if there hadn't been smoking allowed on the balconies.

We stayed at Hotel Riu for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Dilshan, the bartender at the pool bar who made amazing cocktails. The rooms were modern and spacious, with stunning sea views from the balcony. The pools were beautiful, and we loved the seats and tables in the water. The hotel grounds were kept impeccably clean, and the beach was stunning and uncrowded. The buffet restaurant served delicious food, including Sri Lankan curries and seafood. a 10/10 recommendation!

Disappointing entertainment and annoying beach vendors. The entertainment was lackluster and unimpressive, and the beach vendors were extremely persistent and frankly irritating.
